Weather Forecast for Andhra Pradesh on 8th May 2020

Thundershowers possible in some areas of Srikakulam and Viziangaram districts while Hot Weather conditions will prevail in Rayalaseema

Moderate to Rather Heavy Rain to Occur over "INTERIOR-TAMILNADU AND KERALA"

LATEST CONDITIONS:

For the past 4-5 days, rainfall was concentrated only over the interior parts of kerala, some places of South-coastal Tamilnadu, South-interior Karnataka and Telangana.

The same trend is likely to continue till thursday night. After that there might be a change in weather.

Earlier Predictions:

  • I have already mentioned that there will be some rainfall activity over interior Karnataka, Interior Tamilnadu, Kerala by 9th April.
  • Now the conditions getting much more improved to prove my earlier forecast.

Forecast for next 5 days:

Telangana:

Telangana state likely to some small showers ranging from 5mm-15mm at isolated places. Mainly places like Nizamabad district, Nalgonda district may get some isolated light showers. Many parts of adilabad, Khammam, Mahabubnagar, Rangareddy district has to bear good amounts of heat upto 44 degrees.

Andhra Pradesh:

Places of kurnool, Anathapur, Kadapa, Prakasham districts should bear some heat upto 45 degrees. Places like Tirupati, Chittoor will get temperatures close to 43 degrees. Places in kurnool district has a fair chance of recording 46-47 degrees. Inspite of this, there will be some isolated showers this weekend.

Kerala:

Some places of pathanamthitta district has been getting some rains. By the weekend, the rain will become widespread. Don't get surprised to see 50mm+ at some places of kerala. South and central districts like palakkad, Thrissur, Kottayam, Kollam, Punalur etc. might get moderate to heavy rainfall.



Karnataka:

South-interior Karnataka, likely to get good rainfall by this weekend. Places like Hassan, Bangalore, Mysore, Mandhya, Madikeri, Arisikere, Chamarajanagar, Udupi, Kollur, Mangalore may receive some showers ranging from 15-45mm. North-interior Karantaka may remain dry and heat likely to prevail with 41 degrees+ temperature at many places.

Tamilnadu:

Places like Coimbatore, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Karur, Dharmapuri, madurai districts likely to get some isolated moderate showers ranging between 10-30mm at isolated places.
Tiruchi, Coastal Tamilnadu districts likely to remain warm with temperatures hovering at 35-38 degrees.
