Andhra and Telangana Story-

Before the Monsoon Onset, the pre-monsoonal showers will be prevailing over interior areas of Tamilnadu, Kerala, South-interior Karnataka. While some places in andhra will reel upto the temperature of 47-48 degrees. This amounts of enormous heat makes up a low, which makes
the way to heavy Convectional rainfall over Andhra, when compared to Tamilnadu during South-West Monsoon period. When places in konkan coast (Goa, Maharastra) gets rainfall, the clouds are forced to pull up near eastern ghats and the heat increases the convection and clouds develop. Thus the places like Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Nizamabad, Guntur, Vizag gets heavy rainfall than places like Nellore, Chennai, Karaikal. Some times Depressions or Low pressures develop near the Andhra Coast and make a moisture pull from konkan coast and create heavy rainfall over Telangana, Chattisgarh, Vidharba and North Andhra.
